Non-Vintage
It is fruity with a long finish and is clearly within the brut range of sweetness. This wine is soft with its apple, pear and spice flavors.
2008 Semillon
Classic gold in color, which will deepen with time. The flavors are rich and complex, with hints of melon and sage with a touch of smoky oak. Semillon is delicious on it's own or when paired with salads, seafood, and light cheeses.
2009 Cabernet Franc
Now this is dessert in a glass! Pear, peach, apricot and some light citrus notes fill your senses as you partake in this fine example of a late harvest dessert wine.
2003 Cuvee Alexander
Bright aromas of Chambord, cassis, pencil lead, damp earth and mocha are framed by toasty oak, toffee and barrel spice. In the mouth it displays juicy black cherry and ripe plum flavors
2010 Riesling
Welcome to this intensely aromatic example of Riesling from NHV for 2010. Please enjoy the rich tropical fruit nose accented with hints of that Riesling "petrol." Juicy fruit gum, banana, passion fruit, papaya and mango fill the mouth upon entry. And we hate to think what they do upon exit. Who writes this stuff?
2008 Late Harvest Pinot Gris
Now this is dessert in a glass! Pear, peach, apricot and some light citrus notes fill your senses as you partake in this fine example of a late harvest dessert wine.
2006 Syrah
This Syrah is similar to Cote Rotie in style – with a rich, almost smoky flavor. For the second year in a row, the Syrah and Viognier at Elephant Mountain Vineyard ripened at the same time, allowing us to coferment the Syrah with a small amount of Viognier. The tiny amount of Viognier brings out the aroma of the wine and is a secret of wines from the Cote Rotie on the Rhone River in Southern France. Enjoy Wilridge Syrah with hearty winter fare such as stews and grilled meats, or chill it a bit and try it with barbecue.
2009 Estate Melange Blanc
This is our first biodynamic white wine from our vineyard here at Wilridge. It is a blend of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks creating a very light, crisp and acidic summer wine. It will pair with an array of foods! Only 55 cases produced!
2005 Claret
The 2005 Harlequin Claret is a wine reminiscent of left bank Medoc Bordeaux. Bright aromas of blackberry, cherry, cassis, pencil lead, damp earth and mocha are framed by toasty oak, toffee and barrel spice.
1999 Brut
This is a blend of seventeen base wines from the 1999 harvest that were fermented in French oak barrels. A rich and creamy wine with tiny bubbles and a toasty, nutty flavor.
